Mon/Wed - 6:30pm-8pm EPHS track
Tues/Thurs/Fri - 7:30am-9am locations vary
Sat - 7:30am-9:30am locations vary
Have an up to date physical to come out, and ALWAYS log your runs on Strava!

We are excited about the upcoming season! If you were not able to make the meeting please go to the FORMS & HANDOUTS page for everything! Reminder that summer practices are highly recommended, and if you log your runs on Strava and/or attend half the summer practices you are eligible for a summer shirt and trip to HELEN!!!!

Our kickoff meeting for the 2025 summer is coming up! April 29th in the EPHS Cafeteria from 6-7pm. Please attend and spread the word to others! The season sign up is live at the link above. Make sure to have a physical and Rank One done before attending summer training.
