Summer Practices are around the corner! Click the Color Wars link at the top to see what group you will be and see how you can earn points for your team!
Make sure you have a physical and Rank One completed! I will have to send runners home if it is not done. Times and locations of practices are HERE.
Runners who log their runs on Strava, 35 days this summer will earn a summer shirt. Runners who log runs or attend practice for 24 days will be invited to the trip to Helen at the end of the summer for a long run and tubing!
If you need shoes please go to Big Peach in Kennesaw to get fitted. Reminder to wear a watch and bring water to practice daily!
We have our XC Summer Kickoff meeting on 4/19 at 6pm in the EPHS Cafeteria. Anyone interested in running during the 2022 school year, please make sure at least one parent is in attendance.
May training will start on your own on May 2nd this year. The schedules will be posted, ask if you need to know which one you are in.
Summer training will start on 6/6! Make sure to have a physical and Rank One completed. Bring a watch, water, and a good pair of running shoes.
We had a great season this year! I'm excited to see everyone at our banquet on 12/7, THIS is the banquet form if you need location or time. Please dress nice!

If your season is done, please use the return to running document here to see when I would recommend you start running again. This would be 20-40min 3-4 days a week easy. If you are in another sport, follow their plan for you!
