Summer Running Camp
A great way to continue improving for cross country is to establish a base and run during the summer. Even more than that, going to a running camp can be a huge step forward! Summer running camp is not just running, normally they include classes to learn about different workouts, eating/drinking habits, stretching, and more, form work, making new running friends from different teams, and other fun things.
